Product Overview
CG-Grease-5000 is a silicone-based thermal grease for use in high performance CPUs and GPUs. With a high thermal conductivity of 5.0 W/ m·K (without solvent), TCG-Grease-5000 thoroughly wets out thermal surfaces to create very low thermal resistance. TCG-Grease-5000 is lowers the viscosity to make mixing and application easier. TCG-Grease-5000 is RoHS compliant, and is supplied in one-half kilogram and one kilogram containers.

Application Tips
- Keep the product away from fire.

- Make sure the application interface is clean before use.

Use a pneumatic dispenser to point directly to the component, or
other methods to dispense directly. This gel is reworkable and
excess material can be easily wiped off.
Storage and Expiration Date
Storage: Store from 20°C to 35°C with a maximum humidity of 50%. Expired 12 months from manufacturing date

The grease is available in 0.5kg, 1.0kg package or other volume upon request
